He doesnt seem to mind.

My cat is not into that.
Funny thing is, sometimes when I first try to pick him up, he literally bucks me like a horse.
He usually lets me pick him up after that. Be for being held as you to burp a baby.
Cradling him would send him into some kind state.
I am not even sure what it would be because I know him enough to know he nope out of it.

~I might try though to see how it goes.

Im so intrigued now.

My normally docile cat freaks out if I try to hold him like a baby. Which is just as well since he weighs sixteen pounds and is too heavy to carry.

I cradle my cat with 1 arm and she gives zero fucks lol

my cat is very gentle and a big baby. he doesn't stress when I pick him up though he often starts to ask to be let down if I hold him for more than like a minute. however if I am sitting he will love to spend an hour on my lap. or if I lay down somewhere he will snuggle up against me.

I just went out, and he was eating catnip, so probably not a good time for that.

I have had cats that would be fine with it, but not him.
He is also not a lap cat. But he is a huge, get in between me, my monitor and keyboard, and try to take over my mouse pad cat.
