If there's anything for Trump to take solace in here, it's that his numbers are not quite as bad as Carter's in '80 and Bush's in '92, at least not yet. Maybe if you're in Trump country it's 15 minutes out of your day, but if you're in a big city that tends to vote for Biden you're probably going to stand in line for hours and hours and lose an entire day when your boss refused to give you a day off (since election day is not a national holiday).
