I have 90 transfer credits for a university so I can just go and do the degree requirements, which is around 30-60 credits

I guess teacher or guidance counselor is one option, but I can't even spell counselor lol

Easy jobs will all be gone soon because we're in the robot revolution age. I highly, highly advise against an easy job if you want to maintain a non-basic income for yourself.

I work at a university (office job), and pretty much all of the counselors at the school have a master's or an EdD.

I think it's a pretty competitive field.

Heh, yeah.

I saw a job posting for admissions counselor come up and the quals sheet just said "some education and some experience"

So I clicked the page to go to the university job app site and it just kept freezing, because non existent God hates me quite a bit

Yeah a job where I can just leave my work at work is what I'm looking for.

Ehhhhhhhhh, this is a last resort. Also I'd likely go PSW before nurse. I dont really like the medical field much because I just have had straight bad experiences for my whole adult life with them, no offense.

Yeah I mean beer vending machines would likely be what happens with that. The store will get an upgrade where they serve fresh tapped beer from a robot. Re-supplied by re-supply robots who arrive from trucks driven by robots from warehouses stocked by robots with beer barrels created and concocted by A.I. robots.
That is, if politicians don't make liquor stores illegal, and instead favor liquor-delivery only (by drone), to keep drinkers confined to areas rather than wandering while drunk.
You might want to try... Garbage pickup. They get really good pay and cities/bosses will be lazy about training A.I. to be perfect with aiming the pickup arm for trash cans. So you'll spend a year or two training the robots when they come and that pay will be pretty good. Easy job too. Sounds worse than it is.
People will be scared of robot police so after empathy training goes into full swing nationwide, that job might stick around a bit.

Yeah no I mean they're gonna flush you clean with pills anyway, I'd be surprised if a little schizophrenia didn't help your chances.
Another good one is tow-trucking. Little bit of training. Cars get in tough places. Hard to train A.I. how to traverse specific hills in the mud, hook up several layers of chains, mentally figure out how to separate two entangled cars post-crash. Yeah, tow trucking is solid until all cars drive themselves and there are no more accidents.
You could go into training as an apprentice electrician. Different homes have different electrical hookups and requirements.
People sometimes need new wires installed. It'll be a little while until little squads of mini-drones handle this automatically.

I do apply to coordinator/admin jobs but all of my job exp is in restaurants so it rarely works out. Even getting customer service jobs has proven to be a challenge

Dunno what to do with your life but want to make a pretty good living? Get your CDL and become a truck driver. Lowest you'll start out at is 20 dollars an hour!

There's ALWAYS a need and hiring for truck drivers. You'll never be jobless unless you have a criminal record or a bad driving record and even then they'll make some exceptions. You'll be paid a huge amount for mostly hauling shit around the country. Plenty of time to ponder what you want to do with your life while making good money and this is the perfect loner job. New government laws require trucks to use electronic logs now and boomers have no clue how to deal with that because they're too old to use computers, but not you! You are young and smarter than old people and can adapt better to updates and changes.

Most transporting truck company will pay you and for your CDL classes! Go do it! Literally the world and its economy relies on you! Truck drivers are as needed as much as nurses and people in the medical field. I do some contract work for this transporting company so I know the business here and there. Please ask if you have any questions.

I know coordinators who had really random backgrounds. Its still worth a try. One of my favorites to work with was in hotels before. But her experience with being organized is all that mattered.

ETA: those jobs are super competitive but can be a numbers game. I used to apply to like a 100 in my early career to get one interview.

Yeah... Deep down I know that makes the most sense... But it's nice to dream about things like home ownership, which is hard to get to with just minimum wage. Idk. Not many options that dont involve having to talk to people.

I already addressed why I wouldn't want to work in a hospital... <_<

But beyond that I'd also have to do a bunch high school credits since you need science prereqs, which I don't have, even for community college nursing... Which is doable through online I guess. Maybe it would be worth it though. Idk.
