Yeah, there's been some new rules and regulations being put into place, some old cases being reopened, some places are reducing their police department's budgets, more cops are getting held accountable, monuments are being removed, etc, and a lot of people being forced to self reflect and realize they're more racist than they thought.

It'll likely spur discussion, but most of the stuff happening is either feel good bunk that won't change anything or overly reactionary measures that'll be reversed with time. Real change will take years of discussion and legislation.

Depends on how you define working. I've heard some legislative proposals but none of them have included reverting to the Wild West like the crowds demand.
