Seriously, get some confidence, find some qualities in yourself that you like, and make an effort to stop constantly shitting on yourself on a daily basis. You aren't trash. You aren't worthless. You are NOT incapable of being loved, or cared about. There's a good person in there, and there's reason to build on that. Stop sitting on your ass, hating yourself, and go confidently talk to some females, and figure out how to be happy.

Dwelling in your own self pity will do nothing for your future except ensure misery. Just stop it. Go do something about it, go meet some people, try to find happiness like you need food and oxygen. Stop surviving and start thriving. I believe in you, I really do. I think you have it in you. Go fucking DO IT.

find some local anime conventions. The kind that cost like 10 bucks for entry and are organized in a school gymnasium or a rented out community center room.

tons of neet 30yo girls who spend all their disposable allowance on cosplay and plushies. If I could find these in the desolate wasteland of Delaware, Im sure your area has some too <_<

Dating for me as a NEET was difficult because like most, I was conditioned to believe that my ability to make money and provide for someone was the same thing as my inherent worth as a human being. I threw a lot of relationships away because I didn't think I had anything to offer, even when my partners made it abundantly clear that wasn't the case. I just couldn't see it because I was too wrapped up in my failure to remain gainfully employed or follow through with my attempts at higher education.

People look at NEETs and see this glaring hole that gainful employment is "supposed" to fill and in its apparent absence, begin to fill it with all kinds of assumptions about character and habits that may or may not be accurate. You'll want to have some sort of refutation to that kind of thing if possible. Develop hobbies that are cheap and accessible but still require dedication and effort. Take advantage of the immense databases of knowledge on the internet. Start learning another language. Hone your conversation skills. Become proficient in cooking and household chores.

Show that you have something to offer and hope like hell that it's enough. I hit pay dirt a few times and so many people I know or know of are just do nothing bitches to a greater degree than I ever was yet still managed to find someone, so I believe in you.
