Revenge of the Sith gets way too much love because it replaced a lot of AotC's endless hallway talking scenes with 30 minute light show fights, and because its "SO DARK". It's not as good as the ot. Honestly, it's not good at all

I've long lost my love for the prequels, but I still will give ROTS some credit for some good ideas and good parts of the movie even if overall it's not good.

-The opening shot of the two ships flying down into the battle was cool.
-Palpatine is Palpatine. What else can you say?
-The ending with Obi Wan handing over baby Luke to Owen and Beru with the Force theme playing and then they all look at the twin sunset was a great ending and a great way to tie both trilogies together. I teared up the first time I saw it and it still moves me a bit if I rewatch the scene.

Still, it's a bit overrated by the internet now. As for the question, probably yeah. For all it's faults, it felt like a SW movie. The sequel movies are better technically, but something was missing from them and some of the decisions they made with it turned me off of it.

I honestly think that the new trilogy is better than the prequels. Here's my opinion on the series:

5 > 4 > 6 > 7 > 9 > 3 > 1 > 8 > 2
