The state put in that new background check system for ammunition and it's just AWFUL in practice and in application. It doesn't even work properly and it seems to mainly stop actual law abiding citizens and registered gun owners from being able to make simple transactions. Shit is unbelievable how incompetent the state government is sometimes. Though some of this is by design California simply hates guns and doesn't give one single fuck about trampling all over the 2nd amendment or treating its citizens like shit. --- Let go your earthly tether.
