Dailymail has learned that the Louisville cop involved in the fatal shooting of a Black Man in the city's protest against George Floyd MOCKED a different protester in a facebook post as she CELEBRATED shooting him with pepper balls!!

Officer Heifer, Katie Crews was placed on admin assignment after she and another cop to have confirmed to have involved in the fatal shooting of 53 y/o business owner, David McAtee

It is the same department where police chief, Steve Conrad was fired the same day it was discovered her and another officer, Austin Allen had their cameras SWITCHED OFF during the incident

A post from her page last Thursday shows her celebrating a pic of herself in the protest and laughing at the moment a protester she shot was injured

She wrote "I hope the pepper balls that she got lit up with a little later on hurt"

In a picture taken by Courier Journal shows an older woman attempting to hand Crews flowers a sign of gesture while she stares back stone faced

Crews sid "She was saying and doing a lot more than 'offering flowers' to me. Just so for it to be known. for anyone that knows me and knows that facial expression tells everything.come back and get ya some more ole girl, i'll be on the line again tonight"..

She joined the force in 2018 and doesn't have any disciplinary records prior to the shooting as Chief Robert Schroeder says he's awareof the post and is investigating

Officers in Louisville in Police have been required to wear active body cameras following the death of Breonna Taylor, a 26 y/o blackEMT who was killed in her home after police carried a "no knock warrant" meaning they can barge in without a warrant which has now been ELIMINATED...and they went into the WRONG HOUSE during that knock out

Allen and Crews along with members of the national guard claimed someone opened fire at them and they had no choice but to shoot back as police said they don't know if it was McAtee who was the person responsible for firing as neither cop had their bodycams activated

Rob Schroeder said it was completely unacceptable and no excuse for their clear failure to follow policy

McAtee was the owner of Yaya's BBQ and was remembered as a community pillar who was a good person and everyone around him loved his eatery.
