They're not comparable in that regard, since Visions came out in the last patch with the last raid tier. Even then, Mage Towers were more dependent on the difficulty of the actual boss than anything else. Assassination Rogues got theirs done pretty much immediately, since Sigrid was an easy boss and their toolkit was perfect for countering pretty much everything she did. Outlaw Rogues on the other hand had to deal with the Imp Mother boss and didn't have an ideal toolkit to counter her, so most rogues finished that spec during Antorus. Visions difficulty is simply based on how mobile the class you are playing is, and how good its aoe is. I doubt I'll be able to do a 5 mask solo at all, cause I did the 3 without long night or daredevil and still almost died.
