It's not a battle at the Whitehouse yet. But they'd have to attack the rest of his admin first, then lay siege to his bunker. The SS treating this like its a military act of war is preemptive and shortsighted on their end. Pretty sure you could hear cannon fire from the Whitehouse during the Civil War and Lincoln wasn't in a bunker. But he's a man who has surrounded himself with incompetent fools.

Did you watch the riots last night?? The instant that the cops even start moving at the protestors they all started running away from them. If tear gas was thrown they all scattered. Hell, fireworks went off and people ran. If you think that when bodies starting dropping all around them and the shots are ringing out and screams of terror fill the air that everyone isn't going to run then you're crazy.

Seriously just admit defeat on this one pal.

Imagine being so out of touch that you believe that a building being guarded by 100s of men with machine guns, snipers, tear gas, and with the high ground advantage, would fall to a bunch of teenagers and out of shape civilians who are barely armed. Literally every time cops have used riot suppressing weaponry (IE rubber bullets and gas) people run the fuck away.

What the fuck makes you think that anything else will happen when REAL bullets start getting fired?

The same riots that made the Minneapolis police abandon their precinct? Yeah I saw that.

Again, the numbers as is are overwhelming. Shit will change it the military shows up like he's threatening but even it's just his Secret Service vs a mob of that size, if the mob decides to rush the white House they're fucked. 99% of the white House defenses are nearby air bases. So unless you're suggesting Trump is going to airstrike the protestors there's simply too many for the secret service to handle on their own.

Bottom line. If they did not think the president was in danger, they would not have moved him to a bunker.

This is the problem with things like the mayors ordering the police to stand down and enable the rioters. They start to think the tolerance of the police to not use actual force against them means they are overwhelming them, rather than Democrat politicians fearing the media backlash more than caring for their cities.

Thats so incredibly dense its not even funny. Theres this thing called rules of engagement. Police are not supposed to start firing off live rounds left and right when dealing with mobs. Those are the orders passed down. The intent isnt to murder people on the street when theyre protesting (not that injuring people is any better anyway). On the other hand the Secret Services MO is to LITERALLY end all threats. These protestors would be treated as terrorists because thats how they have to react. Any attempt at breaching the WH has to be treated as an attempt at the Presidents life, whether the President is Trump, Obama, etc etc.

Cops arent allowed to respond like that to rioters. SS literally has to respond that way.
