Personally I am of the opinion that the global community should treat this like it treated apartheid, and the only reason they dont is because its America. We need to stop feeding Americas exceptionalism by letting it get away with atrocities. I think Sony are doing the right thing here. I am also not as cynical about this as icon, as I actually think this is terrible business for Sony and the entire gen 9 reveal process has been a shambles. This delay will reduce interest and the time they have to build their message, and the people who were going to pay attention were going to regardless of whats in the news. With that said, theyd never try this with say, China, because they would get instantly banned. They are only allowing compassion because its safe to do so.
