I started choking up right there. I just stood there and collected myself and we met again towards the drinks and he said thank you again and I said no thank you. Said he was grabbing a 12 pack to enjoy his night and I said sounds good enjoy yourself.

We met again in line, he was behind me and I asked if that 12 pack was all he had and he said I was good and he wasnt in a hurry. I said oh okay, well I wanna get that for you and damn .... side note this is taking forever because Im still trying to collect myself again just sitting here at the gas station.

He told me he had just said a prayer for me when he was in the drink cooler and I told him I had been thinking about him since the door and Im just so sorry. Said he was about to cry in that cooler and I said Im trying to hold it the best I can. We talked for like 5 minutes solid right there in line and needless to say we were both trying to collect ourselves and not break down. It finished with us both saying thank you and he asked if he could put me in his prayers tonight and I said you absolutely can sir and I will be doing the same for as long as I can.

just felt the need to share an experience during all of this

Because you either have me mistaken for someone else or you dont pay attention to 99% of my posts.

.....if you see a topic about jordans, rap, Friday movies, sports, or girls (preferably blonde or nice butt) then theres a damn good chance Im all up in there and not a single thing about that mags (thats funny right there, I dont know if it autocorrects for everyone to mags [tried again] but that there shows how much I use or say that word) so again, if youre mistaken then I encourage you to follow me or ask questions.

Im sure this is a joke but Im a big time regular at the gas station, I talked to the lady behind the counter for like 5 minutes after she rang me up (like 6 people walked in from 0, I felt bad so rushed out) and she knows him hes a regular as well so I dont know .... I definitely want to think of something next time.

I was buying lottery tickets and asked if he had a lucky number or anything and he told me 21 and I got the biggest smile and yelled out Deion Sanders, thats my dude and we both had another little moment but I think Im gonna buy a couple scratchers or mega millions or something next time and leave them for him. I never had money so Ive always felt weird with it and like spreading it as much as I can. Im the dude always giving homeless people money.
