Balls are so itchy, wondering if this antibacterial soap I use dries the skin and makes it itchy. Because I keep "readjusting" myself to resist scratching, it feels so good but so wrong to scratch.

Yes. Bodywash can dry your skin out, even the ones like Dove that have moisturizers in the soap itself.

You really shouldn't use any soap on your genitals other than whatever runs down there when you shower anyway, it's not healthy.

Maybe I should switch to the Dove kind with the moisturizer but I don't know if they even clean, they just feel so... icky on my skin. Maybe I will like, one time.

But yeah okay the itch has subsided, just gotta keep myself distracted.

I use Dove body wash and I've never had the gross after feeling. It's always worked well for me.

Did I say not to wash? Nope. Washing with water is enough, soap and shit will dry it out, disturb ph balance, more risk to get overgrowth of bacteria and or fungus. Tho this is more applicable for the female parts, but it's pretty much same for me. I remember in nursing school the biology proffesor said humans should shower once a week to get the best health, but it's not socially acceptable.

Also using loads of soap and shit can increase smells down there. I smell much better down there when I started to not use soap every time I showered down there, of course I still use some soap (especially before sexy time), but not too much, but not every shower.

When you wash dishes, do you just run water over them and that's it?

Sounds like a personal issue. I've never had that problem nor had any complaints.

Dishes don't have a senstive bacteria and fungal culture that's sensitive to changes. Your body and especially your junk is ridden with bacteria and fungus, both keep it in balance to keep your skin healthy. But if one of them is disturbed (like bacteria can be killed by antibiotics so you get fungal infections in the mouth, anus, junk), or too much washing with soap in senstive areas can disturb this balance, so you get dryness, infectiions from bacteria or fungus.
