Can only be special summon by its own effects.
(Quick Effect)If your opponent activate a trap or monster cards from their hand, special summon this card from your hand and negate the activation the card. This special summon can't be negated by card effects.
As long as this card is on the field your opponent can't destroy or negate any set card in your spell/trap card zone.
Once per turn you can search one "solemn" or "Forbidden" card and set it directly in your spell/trap zone. There can only be one "Solemn Ruler of Divine Judgement on the Field".

Really good ability for special summoning it, though, and nice stats. Would be banned for the search effect, since searching once a turn without a cost is itself extremely powerful. Though, ironically it's also because it places it onto the field directly that it's a liability, you would only activate that effect during main phase 2.

Rated a 3/5 because it's instant ban material and therefore would never get any use.

I don't play modern yugioh (surprise), so I don't know. Just seems way too swingy.

The handtrap negate effect is good. It probably wouldn't stay on the field long but it would drain a lot of your opponents resources. 4/5.

Not sure why people think it's op. I haven't really played since XYZ came out and it was so easy to get most monsters off the field that I'm sure it's even easier as they add more and more complicated shit. A simple Bottomless would take care of this card, assuming people deemed it important enough to even use that on.

I'm dropping to 3/5. Does it only negate traps activated from the hand? What does 'negating a monster activated from the hand' even mean? Negatong set cards isn't even possible; they''d be face-up when they're negated. This needs a brush up on its text. And it's special summon being unnegateable is irrelevant since it's part of a card effect. The effect itself could be negated though by Solemn Warning or such.
