I'm doing yardwork and uncovered what I assume is a clutch of toad eggs. I don't want to dry them out by leaving them uncovered, or suffocate them by burying them too deep again.
So far, I sprinkled some dirt back over the area lightly and will avoid it for the rest of my task. How do I ensure they have the best chance of survival after inadvertantly raking over them several times? --- Please, call me Vanai. CE's official linguist, War-tor-le and Charizard ... Okay, cool. Thanks! Yeah, leaf litter abounds. Hoping to have some happy hoppies soon.

You gonna keep them? Not as pets or anything. I just want them to hatch and stay in the garden and woods as natural fauna. There are always lots of the toads in my yard, but I've never found the eggs before. --- Please, call me Vanai. CE's official linguist, War-tor-le and Charizard ... Copied to Clipboard!
