Allegedly pulled over for rolling through a stop sign, for several minutes he is on the ground with his hands out, compliant, while cop cars surround him and multiple cops point shotguns and pistols at him, doing absolutely nothing but waiting for an excuse to kill the compliant man. His 90 year old grandmother comes out and attempts to de-escalate the situation, and they shove her to the ground.
