Mr. Fake News himself really has no justification in acting like he is some sort of moral authority, but I do agree that a lot of sites in general are acting as moral arbiters based on party lines recently. The primary issue always seems to be the lack of uniformly applied rules and a lack of a justification in a lot of cases, only backed by a smug sense of superiority. Whatever the solution, Trump should not be the one to try to make that call when hes just as biased, if not worse.
