I... honestly couldn't tell which is which, they all taste the same to me. Meat is meat. All of it tasted good.

Ok I definitely have to have a bison burger one day. Or bison meat in general. I think it would be very tasty.

Ive had bison before. Usually not much of a difference between it and beef, just more lean. But I did have one once in South Dakota, it must have been really fresh or something, it was one of the best burgers that Ive ever had.

I wonder if there are places that even offer bison burger or ground bison.

Right now it'll be hard to find but a few years ago I could get ground bison easily from whole foods or something in that tier.

I feel like they might be endangered and or going extinct and probably only region specific now.

I've only had beef and veal from those options, and I absolutely tasted a difference. I didn't even know camel was edible, and that they make burgers out of them. Crazy.

I'm pretty sure camel jerky exists at this point

I had a camel burger once from an East African food stand & I remember the meat being pretty dry, somewhat ironically; had a pineapple ring & some chipotle mayo sauce on it along with the regular lettuce + tomato + onion to offset the dryness, so thankfully it all kinda balanced out.

only time i've tried bison burger it had added fat because bison is leaner, ended up tasting like cow.

When I went to Australia last fall I didnt try camel, but I did try a kangaroo steak. It is a little gamey and closest to venison. It did have good flavor but the cook on it has to be perfect.
