The swimming, flying, and steering controls sucked though (Ive always said that the Wiimote was perfect for aiming, pretty good for combat, but awful for steering). Honestly, outside of play the harp, which just fucking didn't work at all, the rest of the game I never really had any problems with the controls. Those characters aren't being insulting to the player, but rather to Link himself.
