Not really? Like I said, I want more context. Did he just walk up to the building as she was leaving and try to walk in? Cuz that's not ok regardless of race. If someone can't get into the building under their own power I'm not letting them in, full stop. Its asinine and reckless to do otherwise, actually. She should have just shut the door and then either he could get in or he couldn't.

I'd want a little more context on that one tbh. Like if I'm going out thru an electronically gated door and someone I don't know is trying to get in then I would absolutely not want them getting in. If someone buzzes them in or they have their own swipe then she's ridiculously in the wrong and that was pure harassment. Her trying to save face at then end by being a "concerned neighbor" was fucking pure PR though

If you live in an apartment complex, you aren't going to know everyone who lives there unless you handle lease signing.

Yeah but I also am not required to let them in the building, right? Like, I'm not saying she should be allowed to gate keep who can and cannot enter the building. That's dumb. I'm saying that for all we know he walked up as she was coming out and tried to get in without any authorization at all. If he had his own way in then she is clearly in the wrong. If he didn't have a way to get in on his own, either a key fob or someone ringing him in, then she definitely shouldn't have just let him in anyway.

He wasn't asking her to let him in. She just decided she didn't believe he lived there and blocked the door. He had his keys on him, but just didn't feel like giving her the satisfaction of proving that he lived there to her.

That is not what the linked video shows. It shows her standing in the door with her dog, refusing to allow him in. We have no idea what happened leading up to that point. Unlike the video in the OP, where we can clearly see the woman herself being aggressive and disorderly, we do not have enough info from the video here to know the full story. He's got an apartment key, I can only assume he probably has a key fob, and she's probably in the wrong but the video doesn't show that. While he has no duty to identify to her at all, she also has no duty to let him in the building. The proper response from her was to just shut the door on him and at that point either he can get in on his own or he can't.

She said she just happened to be walking out at the same time he was walking in and decided to block the door. He literally unlocked his apartment door at the end, so unless we're going to argue that "he forgot his key fob, but had his keys," then that's pretty much all that needs to be said.

The proper response from her is to shut the door and move on with her business.

To be fair, you can't make phony calls.

She's far from in the right but she can claim she felt she wanted a police officer on site and it still not fall under abuse of a 911 call.

Even if it's not an actual emergency, you can still call 911 without consequence if you believe it is an emergency, regardless of your racist intentions or not.

She deserves all the punishment she can get but you have to be careful with what you classify as fake 911 calls

to me what she did is a lot like swatting

That article is a pretty balanced take on the situation. Her being foreign means nothing in the scheme of what happened, so it's not really relevant to the discussion.
