The middle one.

I try to delay as much as possible while Im in the jail waiting for stuff. If its only a year Im guessing, while insanely awful somehow its only somewhat insanely awful so I may be able to delay hearings and shit and Ill be in a little jail.

When I finally go to prison, day 1 I volunteer for as much as possible to keep myself around as many people as possible including authority. I also try to make as many friends as possible, and with it being possession I try to bullshit a story to make it seem less worse.

The time spent in jail will be time already served, would get time taken off for good behavior, and then would try to start getting out even earlier because of how much Ive done while being in there and how good Ive been. Spend like 4 months in there and be good to go.

And if the first day option isnt an option, well then when Im walking into prison I would turn around and hit whatever officer is around and spend a year all by myself.

Vehicular Manslaughter, because it is the lowest sentence that doesn't involve me being a pedophile. Also accidentally killing someone is much better than intentionally ruining the lives of many that would be affected by the fraud charges.

I wouldn't give a shit about the year in prison. It'd suck but I'd just lie about what I'm in for and get put into protective custody if I felt threatened.

What I would care about is everyone I know, knowing I went to prison for child pornography. I feel redemption for an accident where someone ended up dead is gonna be a lot easier than that.

Fraud. Even if I seve the most time, it would be in a more lenient prison and I won't have to live with the grief and shame of killing someone or being a sex offender.

3rd makes you a killer, and not sure that is something I could live with on my conscience.

thats not how defrauding usually works.

you could have very well emptied the coffers of hard working employees retirements or 401ks and left them with no retirement. That could lead to suicide and deep depression.

would you be hurting some of the top people too? Probably. But they probably have way more money to throw away then people at the bottom.
