She was vaguely filling this "I care about the patients" role on the team, but besides that it seemed like her personality was entirely based on whatever decision would cause the most drama.

Chase deserved better.

I agree. Early Noughties had a lot of boxchecking in casting and I think they just wanted to have three apprentices, but couldn't think of three angles of competence-meets-antagonism-meets-optimism.

Cameron was a great character, and I feel bad about what his dad probably did to him after what he did to the car.

Here's where Cameron goes berserk

Cameron on house sucked and was a terrible character, but I can't remember why I think that. I think she did something super questionable and manipulative to chase but I really don't remember

Lmao the whole movie was leading to that entire arc resolution so if anything, that was the true Ferris Bueller ending.

....

Oh and because she was an uptight female. That's seriously it given that everyone else but House were by all means decent medical professionals doing their jobs as they should in real life *rolls eyes*

Theres always one of these guys whenever someone has a problem with a female cast member. >_>

Amber was an actual bitch and she was great. 13 was super uptight and emotional on certain subjects, but her behavior was actually consistent and she developed into an interesting, well rounded character.

Cameron was just there to stir up drama when the patient wasnt immediately dying. <_<

Come on dude seriously, part of writing a good medical drama is that you need conflict or else it's boring af. Being uptight can be a personality trait, not a weakness. That's why I mentioned her and the rest of the cast as professional by the book specialists who happen to act as foils against House's unorthodox methods and vice-versa.

I don't hate Cameron but compared to Cuddy, 13, and even Amber she was like last place on that circuit of females. Not very compelling at all.
