Wherever it's cheaper if the price difference is relevant enough. But yeah if there's no hurry, and with the actual context, amazon might be a better choice.

Amazon. They have free shipping for $25. If you add a $5 item you'd be basically getting it for free. Since if you spend $20 that plus shipping would be at least 25
