He was charged with 3 counts of indecent exposure and 2 counts of committing a lewd act over 2 separate incidents after a woman contacted police claiming she was driving down a highway when a man in a grey mazda was waving to get her attention

After seeing his vehicle, the man had his pants unbuttoned and his genitals were exposed as he began touching himself while driving

The disturbed woman called police with his license plate as a female undercover cop began trailing him on Highway 26

She drove alongside his vehicle and saw that his genitals were indeed exposed. She said he saw her watching after driving alongside him and he began to touch himself after becoming aroused

She then pulled him over as the man identified himself and told the officer that his penis was exposed because it was getting "hot" down there and he needed to air out his sweaty balls.

He was busted and taken into as officers are pleading with the public if he did this to anyone else
