No. Joss Whedon has made an ass of himself in recent years, but Buffy felt very organic in its diversity. I know that I never thought of any of the characters on the show as being tokens.

Mostly no, but there were definitely heavy handed parts too, like the ending. But for the most part, it was well written and all the woke things fit with the story, rather than woke stuff being the point of the story.

Not realy.
To go through each of your points with spoilers, remembering the 90s did have the Girl Power movement:
Xander was described as Buffy as having more field/combat action than anyone the watcher's council could get
Ange/Spike were usually in danger in the same way any main character was, taken by surprise/someone that needed teamwork to beat
Anya/Cordelia/whoever would easily be shut the fuck up by Giles. Exception being Faith since Slayer
Again 90s Girl Power
Kiss is definitely liberal moment - Joss had very strict rules from the producers about how it was allowe
Spike saved the fucking team, Buffy and her merry band of Slayers didn't help much since the moment the Hellmouth was overrun, Spike's Amulet hit payday

We live in a world where a piece of fiction can be viewed negatively based solely on it having a strong female character or one particular male side character often being rescued by said female character.

Absolutely.

The show had very strong themes of feminism and homosexuality as well as masculinity being bad (what we would now call Toxic masculinity)

It was all about empowering women and balancing the unequalness of society. The entire show was pretty much a metaphor for just that.

The guys saying no are just making excuses because they watched it as kids.

Angel/Buffy were as "SJW" as any show being complained about today. Doesn't mean it was bad mind, just SJW.

It has at least one of moderate importance. Robin in season 7.

Not in its main cast until the last season.

It would definitely get criticized for that if it came out today, despite the rest of its "woke" stuff.
