Even I realize that is a terrible way to do business, and I have zero experience running a company. Well, I'm quite a conservative myself, and I like his videos and follow him of YouTube. I like his humour, and his stances are usually spot-on. Sure, he can sometimes be a bit out of touch with his slightly too leftist / progressive takes, and his cutely naive vision of economy and companies, but thankfully he doesn't labour them on constantly, and never came across as one of those obnoxious entitled virtue signalling drones, like so many others. He focuses on actual concrete matters and doesn't try to push some utopist agenda. For example he was right to call out the GameStop c**** for putting profit above safety measures.
