AlCalavicci 05/17/20 2:31:07 PM #1:	I know this isn't exactly a groundbreaking opinion and I'm sure people say this all the time but I'm just thinking a simple storyline involving four crystals- Wind, Water, Fire, Earth, modern FFVIIR or FFXV like graphics, action style combat is fine I guess (I prefer turn based but whatever), gimme some really cool summons, some monster bosses, maybe a FFI or FFV like job system, etc. Gimme a bunch of callbacks to earlier games. Maybe tie in some random cameos, idk After what FFXV turned out to be.. Which I guess ties into making things simple, but I'd rather them have competent writers than just essentially rebooting the formula into that "keep it simple" mentality. FF needs to get back into being THE leading RPG series and it can do that with compelling storylines and characters. Final Fantasy IX was very well received, it just didnt sell incredibly because it was a PS1 game that came out after the PS2 released. --- From the depths, the thing they called Worm King did rise. SwayM 05/17/20 3:29:29 PM #17:	I definitely don't want the crystals being a thing again because that's boring as fuck but I would like to see them use all the technology and everything they have to make a more "classical" Final Fantasy as well. I would love to see giant, open world FF with classical towns and more defined jobs. I love FF's like 10 where the jobs like summoner play a large role in the story.
