Not gonna lie, was one of the best things I have watched in a while. When I think Dragon Ball, I think a simple, yet boring game, but this game was made to fuck the players over. He was on stage 11, got to 15, died, and was sent back to stage 11. Best part? Even standing still hurts Goku. The health items are completely random, so the game was utterly chaos. He never ended up beating it but the shear stupidity of it made the game funny as Hell.

Yeah, too much randomness with the drops, tried it thrice and I only got the Power Pole item once before the first boss, and I couldnt defeat him without it.
