If it mutates into something on the level of ebola, yes.
But no, the most likely conclusions are IMO: a) it will mutate into something less dangerous like SARS and either lose the infectivity and disappear or lose the virulence and become another human-endemic coronavirus cold. b) it will become an even bigger threat, which would make the anti-mask dumbasses painfully aware of the threat, leading to a successful eradication through vaccines and social distancing c) it will stay endemic, but our bodies will learn to naturally fight it off, possibly leading to natural selection of anti-mask idiots and immunodeficient people --- Currently playing: Code Vein ... I don't pull hairs in public, either, but if I feel one then I'll brush it repeatedly and it'll bug me until I am in my car or at home and can get rid of it.
