Yeah, I sold the bushes that I was required to plant for the recipe or whatever... I don't like bushes at all because they get in the way. I guess they are a beautiful way to lead people around your island for people who like to go more nuts decorating or theming their islands

And yesh, single summer shell so far while I've been running on beaches getting bait/looking for fins

this game is extremely boring now

Yeah. And its like, ok, how else can I decorate this room. Whats the point? Why grind for these stupid heart crystals that I can only exchange for wedding furniture at ridiculous prices.

I don't know how to help you with that. I'm getting burned-out too. The only thing is that I created a new character for my island and am just messing around.

I'm still playing it daily, but not sinking a ton of time into it like I did around release week. I stick around by setting goals that take a while to achieve. For example. I want to get pictures from my villagers before I rotate them out to get my favorite villagers. That could take weeks at least since it requires giving gifts daily. I also want to grow all hybrid flowers on my own, so that too takes days of progress. Then there are still some furniture and clothing I want to collect, so I check the stores every day as well.

Just gotta play at your own pace

didn't find shark island tonight, but I was able to use bamboo island to find a bunch of scorpions, goliath beetles and rainbow stags. tonight was good for restocking my weed supply, at least. also found the coconut juice recipe, which is neat.

Its great for 1 to 1 trades and selling stuff, but if youre trying to buy stuff with bells or nookmiles tickets, youd better have a lot of them.

Whelp. Was going to buy turnips to help my second character make some extra money but theyre 108 this morning.

anywho. Just found that the Summer Soltice Crown and Winter Soltice Sweater are in nook shop right now until 7/6.

I think Im finished with the wedding stuff. I just have to wait till tomorrow to finish trading with Cyrus, because theres a daily limit.

It wasnt that bad of a grind tbh.

I haven't traded with Cyrus yet. But I'm able to use colors other than pink now.

I'm pretty much done with the wedding stuff. I have the rest of the stuff unlocked, including the wedding outfits. It's now basically open for heart crystal grinding.

Still waiting for us to get access to the ice cream popsicles, island fruit juices, sandwiches, etc.

I'm torn.

I like the new color stuff, nice to look at new color themes, but it's so tedious that I'm not sure if it's worth it.

If they had you just swap over colors, sure. But customizing one after the other is just super obnoxious.

Shame, because I was actually kinda enjoying the event too. I actually did set ups that I kinda liked instead of just spamming stuff everywhere. I can't even say I'm worried about getting too much more of the stuff at all, and I wasn't honestly super worried about it at all but was having fun so picked up a few things I kinda liked....

Nintendo... Why?
