Nah it'll be fine. Historically, pandemics rarely have long lasting negative effects on cities. Some people will leave, but then housing prices will fall and then people will comeback to take advantage of that opportunity.
Also, if 9/11 didn't scare people from leaving NYC then I don't covid will. ... Copied to Clipboard!

The thing that scares me about this pandemic is it's going to come back, and New York City is designed for this to spread. They need competent leadership in order to stay vigilant, at least until a vaccine. Until either of those two things happen, it could scare some people off.
