Its moddable to link to an externally hosted, tos friendly video that has a worldstar watermark in it

You wont find this clause in the ToS of course because the moderation team just mods people they hate and invent rules to make it happen

I really don't agree with that. Where in the rules does it vaguely say you can't link a link to moderator containing a possible violation? What they call bypassing the report system.
