Board 8 > South Carolina woman DIDN'T SCREAM when an ALLIGATOR started EATING HER!!!!

58 y/o animal lover, Cynthia Covert was horrifically killed when an ALLIGATOR came out and GRABBED her before dragging her down into the water and started eating her..but police said she DIDN'T SCREAM or make any noise the entire time!!

It happened in South Carolina as a friend of Covert said she wanted to get close to the animal and didn't scream as it attacked her and dragged her in.

Police had to shoot and kill the alligator to get her away from the animal...

Cynthia's friend said she didn't seem herself that day before she walked towards the alligator after it lunged at her and grabbed her in its mouth when she was just 4 feet away

The woman's husband and another man tried beating the alligator with SHOVELS but it just kept swimming deeper when deputies arrived saw the alligator surfacing with Covert and going back down before an officer was able to shoot it when it surfaced again

Firefighters uesd poles to get her body out of the pond but she died in hospital

An autopsy found she died of drowning as the body of the alligator was taken for investigation

South Carolina rarely has alligator attacks as they are not as serious compared to Florida gators
