For one I can't stand Sandra Bullock. An hour and a half of her yelling in space was too much for me.

Lol. I havent seen any of her movies in a long time. My biggest problem was that some of the radio chatter was hard to make out, especially in the beginning, but thankfully it wasnt important for the most part.

They had different feels for me. They both have some strong emotional moments. Gravity didnt really have any sci-fi elements, it was more of a disaster / survival action story that happened to be in space. Interstellar has a lot of spectacle and is very grandiose (but also has a very Nolan ending, in a bad way).
