It's insane really. Intense political proganda on both sides (though I feel Fox is more blatant lol)

It's incredibly idiotic as well. News should be unbiased, just say how it is, straight facts. He said, she said. But no. We get this bile that the reporters give us. Fucking clickbait, cocksucking propaganda bullshit, 24/7, from both sides. They can't stop attacking each other, and it's where we are supposed to intake our national information from??? Our country is fucking lost.

Not at the same time, but I watch at least one hour of both each day. I'm far left, but even I think MSNBC is unwatchable.

I did that for a while back when I was a teenager and more of a moderate. I'd constantly flip back and forth between CNN and Fox News. There was a period where pretty much all is watch was the news or news related shows. I'd watch people like Bill O'Reilly and Hannity as well as Bill Mahr and Jon Stewart. I was just obsessed with news and politics.

Now I hate both channels with a passion.

That's honestly pretty ancient thinking. News should fact check, give informed opinions, and avoid spreading misinformation.

That said, you shouldn't use Fox or CNN as a news source. The bias and propaganda are problems (some stations more than others), but worse is the ever present sensationalism in a desperate chase for ratings. People say newspapers are dying, but TV news jumps through insane hoops to remain relevant and influential.

Well you went to hard when you said ancient thinking. I proposed unbiased, factual new, left up to the viewer to decide. Obviously fact checking is essential in that process.

That said. Fuck them. I get most of my major news from CE.. simpler like that lol
