Im not saying I needed it or was entitled to it, but the one time recently that I was excited to replay an old game was the one lapse in judgement I made for a game purchase in a long time. Halo MCC for PC I had some Microsoft credit and decided to buy it from their store.

You can only install it on the fucking Windows installed drive, which I never have space because every other game is able to install on my other partition I use for files and installs.

It also doesnt work with the DualShock controller unless its from Steam or you do workarounds...just an annoyance.

I wish I could have done refund and just bought on Steam. It is my mistake though, so its not that I should get a refund, but my goodwill is gone for games on the MSFT store.

So I can definitely see why people would want refunds for games occasionally. There wasnt much research about these issues that I could find, everything seemed to be about their beta/flighting before official release.
