A couple days ago I drove from Tennessee to Florida because my work is reopening. On my way through, I used disposable facemasks, gloves, and sanitizer to keep myself and others safe I used several different restrooms and out of maybe 10 people I saw, only 1 washed his hands.

Just now I came back from shopping at Winn Dixie. Winn Dixie isn't the most upscale of grocery stores, but probably about 90% of the people I saw seemingly did not care about getting sick. They didn't wear masks, didn't respect personal space, and touched everything. These people were young and old. The other 10% were either wearing masks or at least visibly respecting personal space. Zero of the workers wore masks and only the pharmacy seemed to use disinfectant.

This is the problem. Just because things are open does not mean your entitled to act like a fool. I hope things don't get worse, but if they do, some people will be more culpable than others..

Shoulda gone to Publix.

Real talk though, it drives me crazy seeing people be stupid. I saw some boomers get right up in an employee's face to ask a question last time I got groceries.

I usually go to Publix and just buy whatever is on sale, but had to pick up my SO's prescription.

I'm excited to be going back to a normal schedule, soon, but really don't want to deal with these idiots.
