Its an unfortunately fairly common type of story, just more eye-catching than normal due to the vehicle involved.

Remember, CEgulls, if its not just some small 1-2 inch puddle and there isn't normally supposed to be water there, don't risk it. Find another route, or another destination. Stay safe everyone.

It's not just the depth of the water, but the movement. The current will still carry one of those awful boat-cars downstream and eventually flip and flood it.
