Mine are pretty simple. I like to use deer meat though. A lot of my family are hunters and they usually have a lot of fresh ground meet from the deer they kill and it's so much better than store bought ground beef.

Other than that, season it with salt, pepper, cayenne, garlic+onion powder, then some breadcrumbs. I usually just eyeball it all and then just roll them in a ball and then cook them on the stovetop to cook the outsides then throw in the oven to finish the cooking process

the important part is mixing. mix just to combine, and don't overwork the meat when you roll em. you're gonna have to get your hands dirty. meatballs come out much more tender this way

recipe wise it varies but i usually like doing half turkey/half beef, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, cayenne, and fresh cilantro
