I think it's kind of lame is that aquamarine is so overpowered. Like she could immediately stop alexandrite and force them to lose their Fusion.

I think this goes way deeper into a huge schism in the entire way of life for Gems.
I'm assuming Yellow Diamond wanted to keep living how they always did, colonizing and destroying planets. Also she is desperate for the Cluster, maybe since Diamonds don't have the ability to kill one another? So maybe the other Diamonds all wanted to change their way of life, and Yellow desperately needed a way to fight against them to keep their way of life. Pink falls in love with humans, Blue sympathizes with her plight, Yellow is against it... and we don't know WTF is going on with White. I am assuming Pink Diamond discovered Yellows traitorous ways and found that sacrificing herself and buying time for the humans was the only way to win --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

Not a fan of reviving characters, but Lars' revival was beautiful. Though I think it would've been a bit better had his death been the cliffhanger. Now onto IMO a pretty boring and dragged out arc!

I don't really get why Connie is mad.
Is she mad that Steven didn't think Stevonnie could win that fight? Alexandrite was stopped dead in her tracks by Aquamarine, what possible chance would Stevonnie have? Note - I understand the idea that Steven shouldn't ever take responsibility for the actions of his mom, but in the heat of the moment all he cared about was saving his friends. --- ... Got up to Kevin Party, though didn't finish the episode.
Connie is being downright spiteful. It honestly makes me really dislike her character at this point. "You made a decision that I didn't agree with, despite the fact you were trying to do the best you could given the information available! FUCK YOU!" Yeah, fan bases in general can attract a lot of really vile elements. But I think the bad elements of the Steven Universe fandom are much rarer than people give them credit for.
