There's apparently contactless delivery for groceries and foodstuffs where they leave things outside your door but what if the delivery person was asymptomatic, there's no way for anyone to know and it's highly possible. Won't them having handled the item they're delivering mean touching the item could give you the virus?

As it says in the article you linked, it's highly unlikely. If you're that worried, just wash your hands after bringing the delivery inside.

They're still researching apparently, but for it to be in the air for 3 hours, possibly more... I mean christ we live in buildings with A/C. It's literally like that Outbreak movie, the scene where he goes from room to room and sees the air vent and comes to the terrifying realization that it's airborne.
