Im new to the series. Just started playing on Sunday so Im on day 3.

Any tips for a noob?

Ive built the shop, museum is being built and Im working on the three sites today for the new visitors. I paid off my first mortgage loan. Should I get a second one now and expand my house or do I need the bells for other stuff?

It's best to upgrade as asap as possible, up until the upgrade where it's over a million bells.

Work on upgrading buildings and befriending your neighbors. If you have online, I'm sure people will drop off fruit so you can start a fruit orchard. No real rush with upgrading your house unless you really want the extra storage. You can very easily make bells trading Nook Miles Tickets for 100-200k a ticket if you are short on bells.

Cool started upgrading my house. I have no friends irl who play games and Im bad at online play but hopefully Ill get better at it.

Also how lucky is this. Yesterday I read about tarantulas being money makers so figured Id try my luck at it. Used a nook ticket and first island was bamboo island. Did the trick and got them to spawn. Tried again tonight and first island was tarantula island. I have like 400k worth of tarantulas in my inventory and on day 4 lol
