Client: Hi! How come it doesnt say the weekend? I talked to the guy the other day, well earlier today and he said itll come but its not coming.

Me: What?

Client: You know how it says Monday through Friday? It supposed to say the weekend, Saturday and Sunday is coming but its not. You press the arrow. It just says Monday through Friday.

I dont know if he was drunk or thought I was someone else but I wanted to say, Sir... WTF you talking about!?

we don't really have context, so we don't know how much you should know but don't, or what the client is assuming but shouldn't be. but either way you should at least be able to ask questions to figure out what's going on... (right?)

It sounds like they were saying the actual weekend wasn't noted as existing on your site....

Yup. If I'm on a call and I'm not understanding the Customer, I stay on the line until I understand them and they understand me. That's just basic Customer Service.
