Its too big for my new phone and now I have to go in person to the store on Sunday to exchange it for the one I actually ordered. So thats an extra trip around potentially sick people I didnt want to have to take...

I'd feel more sorry for the poor workers who have to work extra double hard during this crisis on little things like this and who are exposed to possibly sick people every day because they're an "essential business" without proper protection and/or hazard pay.

Can you contact Target and just mail them the wrong phone case?

We arent going to take returns or exchanges until a later date

Guess what, I'm essential too. It's why I had to buy a new phone since I need a phone for work, and my old one was malfunctioning (and I can't take it into the Apple store for service since they're closed).

I live in the state with the 2nd most cases, and have to interact with people every day. I practice stringent hand-washing, wear a mask everywhere that's not my cubicle, and follow social distancing guidelines. It gets very tiring having to keep it up every day, and I have to worry about bringing it home and infecting other people who really would be better off not catching covid. I already have to travel a bit for work (yes, still) and it makes me paranoid. I know it's shit out there, and on the other side of this situation. That being said I'm trying to protect an investment I had to shell out for and would rather neither of us have to do this interaction in the first place.

That was the whole point of ordering it online

It's going to be a brief transaction if I have anything to say about it; I'm not going to be one of those idiots who clogs up a grocery store gawking at electronics

And I do drop my phone often enough that I want protection for it
