I've had a reserved parking spot in my complex for roughly 2 years because of medical and mental accommodations, and my ignorant neighbours Continue to park in my spot on a weekly basis. Just today, I had someone use my spot to "drop someone off" and cuss me out and claim they didn't do anything wrong, when there are half a dozen other spaces to park in not much further from mine.

Keep in mind at my complex, they hammer in "Reserved spots are RESERVED and your vehicle is subject to towing". Also keep in mind there are two other Reserved spots that No one other than the unit owner use. What gives people? I've sent numerous emails to my complex about this and Nothing gets done. I'd consider moving but I'd be underwater on my mortgage because the economy is down the shitter.

Just shut the fuck up and figure a solution.
I can't take that seriously since it's just your opinion.

That they did whilst going with them, then hurried out in a tizzy when they saw me and I simply pointed out "that's a reserved spot".

Had that problem at a place I lived one time.

Have the next car you see in your spot towed no questions asked. Do this discreetly as possible. Once word gets out that cars are being towed "on sight, no questions asked" the parking problem should sort itself out.

Yes, although often times they're not here for upwards of an hour. I have also considering blocking them in until they bother to come out. I've had maybe a small handful of tows happen with several dozens times of this happening.

I've had other incidents of this happening, this is not the first time. I've had people unload groceries from their spot, park overnight, run the dog in, etc. It's not like we're cramped for parking, there are often other spots that aren't more than 10 extra steps away from the building entrance. Furthermore, my spot has "Reserved" in big white letters on it.

Your reserved spot?

When I owned a condo, my parking spot was stipulated on the title papers. I owned X unit, X locker, and X parking space. I could rent out the parking if I liked but I owned it.

Have them towed a couple times, they'll learn real quick

he needs to catch him or her with pants down to pull it off ie being parked in his spot.
but a tow or two should teach em a lesson.

I've seen others get towed but it's very rare, my spot included. In the nearly 2 1/2 years I've been here, I've seen the two truck maybe 2 dozen times total, maybe half of those for my own spot. All I get is half-assed emails from the HOA that they reached out to the vehicle owner and explained the reserved spot policy.

Been there, done that with others, often times they don't dare try again, but, I've had repeat offenders who get off scot-free that continue to do this.

Yes. We don't have assigned parking here, however if you have reasonable accommodations, you can apply for and get a reserved spot. I do have a garage that came with my unit however (I am a 2 car owner so don't even bother grilling me for not using it).

It says "Reserved" with my parking pass number.

Sometimes this work, but I've had repeat offenders do this to me.
