I don't drink beer. I am shocked 39 beers cost $350.

That better have been like the golden nectar of beers to pay that much. And even then idk if that's worth it unless you have fuck you money to begin with. Which if you did you wouldn't have gotten a stimulus check anyway so yeah.

I think the most I ever spent on a single 12 oz beer was $19 for a Dogfish Head Higher Math. I regularly spent 20-25 on bombers though.

But also: beer is not all created equal. Premium beers can be $20+/bottle easily. I bet a lot of you spend your money on stuff others find to be stupid

I mean, if all youre doing is chilling at home drinking beers most days, you can finish that in less than a week. Ive known some people who could drink 15+ beers in a day and if people didnt know them would think they were sober...

This is true. But at the same time, spending money on "stupid shit" for most people provides much more lasting satisfaction than beer. Like I said if you had "fuck you" money then you do you but if you're actually receiving stimulus money that means you made less than a certain amount and idk if it's the smartest thing to spend it all on expensive beer that can't be enjoyed anymore once it's consumed. At least buying a PC or a TV or a console can be enjoyed for years after buying ya know?

Edit: And I'm not judging. I drink a lot so I'm not judging on that front at all. I'm just saying I probably would spend my money on something more worthwhile that would last longer than some beer. Just my .02 but everyone is entitled to spend it however they want. I have no doubt it was some fine ass beer though, how was/is it TC?

Were following the traditional Belgian Lambic process to the letter, Funk continues. We wouldnt take the extra steps and incur the extra expense if we werent trying to brew true to Lambic. To call it an American sour, which you could label an IPA with a little bacteria in it, doesnt feel right.

The thing is theres an actual council in Belgium to protect and preserve the history and production of lambic. If its not made in the Senne River valley it can't be called lambic. Just like bordeaux and champagne.

TBF, itd only be 5-6 beers a day if you were going to finish it in a week. Thats just getting a decent buzz kicking.
