Of course they're evaluating the situation as it progresses. It's a highly volatile, rapidly evolving situation with virtually no precedent (the closest being over a century old and therefore difficult to base anything off of in today's world). They'd be idiots to give any sort of definite timeline, and anyone who expects a definite timeline or takes any figure given as being definite is similarly clueless. Yeah, it's frustrating to not have answers and not know what to expect, but that's what happens in a goddamn pandemic.

I don't expect an exact answer, but they could have been a bit more liberal in their estimations, the way they handled this by just inching along pissed a lot of people off

Instead of extending it every couple of weeks just punt that end of lockdown date back as far as you can so you aren't getting everyone's hopes up then crushing them every other week

What harm is there in saying August then opening early if our fores away faster?

Its like people are intentionally skipping over the main point just so they cansay no one knows

Push it off as far as you can so you don't have to keep pushing it back every couple of weeks

Let's say it ends in July, I would rather them say the deadline is August then end it early then just keep adding a month until it's over, why is that so hard to grasp for you guys to get?
