It helps me see flaws in decks that i build, like hey I have too many magic cards? Time to remove some. I have cards that aren't worth the cost? Removed! Still can't help the unlucky only drawing magic/trap cards but hey it is RNG after all

I am running a 60 card deck though, mainly because most of my cards have the effect of getting extremely strong and/or shutting down the other persons offense so I can build up my dark magician to hit like a truck, whilst simultaneously allowing me to special summon a silent magician/warrior or dark magician

do you use banned/limited cards? i hate it when the cpu uses them so i use it too

the only "banned" card is monster reborn and change of heart, well i have 2 monster reborns in my deck and 1 change of heart. the cpu uses them so why not really. I do have 3 swords of revealing light and 2 mirror forces though, along with 2 copies of silent magician level 4. Never know when some bullshit is going to happen that shuts down my 2 dark magicians so i came with backups and some cards to destroy magic/trap cards, like spellbinding arrow, mystical space typhoon, breaker, defender knights. I think a deck built around only one card is doomed to fail if you can't get that card, which is why I decided to have options to shut down their offense...

Totally ruined the CPUs day when they summoned a red eyes black dragon in like the very first turn of the game and it ended up going to the graveyard the very next turn because of my spell card enabling me to sacrifice a monster if i have a spellcaster to destroy one card LOL. That is the kind of shit I live for, if it was a real person i would have totally enjoyed seeing their face. They even had two spell cards that enabled them to do direct damage to my life points that they used on the first turn so I didn't feel as bad about doing it after that.

Maybe next i'll make a deck around the 3 egyptian gods, like yami yugi

i use a plant deck, that one plant monster (forgot its name) that summons any plant monster from the deck is pretty fun
i just abuse pot of greed, graceful charity for drawing cards, monster reborn and solemn judgment for protection

try playing mako's challenge mode, his freaking ritual deck will make your day

i just played the vampire bitch and she ruined my day with her bullshit summoning 3000 attack monsters, along with her leeching my cards from me to merge. I finally got some good RNG though and put a stop to that bullshit on the 3rd restart thanks to Breaker destroying her field spell LOL

some warrior monsters could swarm the field in a few turns, that could help in summoning the gods

i used some when building the six samurai deck, it was pretty fun (also negating magic and traps) but the 2500 atk is not op enough

i was thinking of the kings/queens/jacks knight combo, along with summoning tricky tokens. i have a card that reduces monster levels as well, dunno if that'll work on the gods though. i also can prob destroy the god card as a sacrifice from my hand and then use monster reborn on it

i havent tried discarding an egyptian card and using monster reborn on it (i dont think it's possible or the god card's effect negates it, i dont remember lol) anyway some cards like graceful charity works well with monster reborn because it lets you draw a bunch of cards and send some directly to the graveyard (nice to have blue eyes or dark magician skip the tributes and get special summoned)

Slifer and Obelisk can both be special summoned, but go to the graveyard at the end of the turn if they are. (also, only their normal summon has a protection effect against negation) Mega Ultra Chicken can't be special summoned unless cheated out with Sphere Mode or something. Does LotD have frogs? Apparently that engine is good for the god cards.

i havent seen any frogs used to summon god cards but i have seen some weird deck in duel links that summoned 3 god cards in one turn, i didnt care for the cards in that deck but it was pretty cool
