What I was talking about is if you and your partner's preferences were totally polarizing. Like you like you to be smooth as silk and she doesn't care and lets the forest grow. Plenty of women want their man's dick shaved. Some women don't like facial hair. If a woman wanting a man shaved is an issue for that man, then he doesn't have to be with that woman. I agree. You have to agree with your partner or meet them in the middle so you don't have arguments. There are plenty of people that like to groom a lot and there are plenty of people who don't care and both are totally fine, you just have to make sure you're not with someone who has a totally opposite opinion and cause strain on the relationship. But I'm not doing it for him or for anyone else, I'm doing it for me. My boyfriend doesn't care how long my body hair gets in any region, but I care because of the maintenance and cost. It's a personal choice for myself so I don't have to worry about shaving or waxing when I want to go swimming or wear shorts or deal with painful ingrown hairs. It's the same as getting a haircut or using lotions and oils to treat your skin; body maintenance. Nobody is telling me I have to do this, I want to do it. And it's not all my body hair, just my legs and pubic region.
