and they're all THICK, PROUD logs/sausages. I don't think I am eating an extremely high fiber diet but I do eat vegetables with every meal. SHOULD i see teh DOCTOR?

Pooping varies from person to person. In your case it would be irregular if you only pooped once or twice a day.

For about a year, i would crap at 2pm everyday like clockwork. I dont even know how the human body clock can tell that time it is. Cause sometimes i wake up slightly earlier and sometimes later. And i doubt the people who invented the 24 hour clock, invented around my bowel movement.

I eat about 2k calories a day but i've eaten things that came out extremely fast like within 3 hours. Usually I can tell what they are because they're vegetables and barely get digested

Normal is considered anything from one bowel movement a day to 3 times a week. I'm a 2-3 day'er as well and I'm in excellent health.
